Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & Research popularly known as IIMS&R is based in Lucknow. The Medical Institute is one of the premier health institutes for Medical sciences and grabbed a number of accolades across the country for imparting quality Medical Education, Research, and Modern Training through its Ultra-Modern Infrastructure to its Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of the college itself. Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Lucknow is a constituent unit of Integral University which is a Minority Status Institution run by the Islamic Council of Productive Education and was established in 2004 by the state legislature under UP Act 9, by Uttar Pradesh State Govt. Integral University is also recognized by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi and accredited by the NAAC i.e. National Assessment and Accreditation Council and also recognised as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) by the Ministry of Sciences & Technology, Govt. of India. Since 2018, the college has been recognized by the National Medical Commission (Earlier MCI), New Delhi after the successful completion of the first batch of MBBS from the college.

Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Lucknow offers MBBS at the Undergraduate level and MD, MS at the Postgraduate level. IIMS&R is a private Minority Institution in the state so 50% of total UG seats are reserved for the Muslim Community. To secure a seat in MBBS and PG Courses in IIMS&R, Lucknow, the candidates need to hold certain eligibility criteria which are discussed below.
